I phoned Toshiba UK this morning & after explaining to 3 different people what the problem was I was given a reference number that will let Comet know that they can give me a replacement laptop instead of sending it away to be repaired.
Hallelujah, none of this send it away & wait 6 weeks.
I've just trying to arrange to get there now, which isn't easy.
When I finally do get my new one I'm gonna have to set it up again with all my bookmarks & IE toolbar add ons.
Still, can't be helped.
