Bathroom - Improvement?

I've been considering buying some bits to make the bathroom and toilet look better, more restfull and, well, just nicer to use.

So I've been surfing and looking at items way out of our price range (like you do) and silly bits and bobs that have no purpose except to make me think "no way am I having that!"
