12. Barbados.

Of course if anyone is offering I wouldn't turn down a cruise round the world!

Of the places you listed, I've only been to 2 - Italy and the Vatican City. Beautiful places! I would love to visit Hawaii and Egypt someday too.

i've only been to italy on your list. i also would like to visit russia and hawai'i. i wouldn't mind seeing new orleans during halloween but not mardi gras. i've heard too many stories.
