Spiderman Feted !

I took Marshall to a local school fete today, not the usual pitiful affairs many village schools put on, this one had a fantastic amount & array of things to do, eat & yes spend money on.
There was:

TESTER LESSONS. GAMES (by age group). OTHER GAMES.

* Martial Arts. * Football. * Circus Skills.
* Gymnastics. * Cricket. * Obstacle Course
* Dance. * Rugby. * Bouncy Castle.
* Yoga. * Hockey.

RAFFLES ETC. STALLS. OTHER.

* Bottle Hoopla. * Tombola / Raffle. * BBQ.
* Treasure Hunt. * Natural Goods. * Swing-boats.
* Lucky Dip. * Handmade Cards. * Swings.
* Handmade Jewellery. * Plant Stall.
* Cheap Toys. * Fire Engine / Police Car.



It was a fantastic fete with lots of people & my son had a ball, the only downer to the whole day was when he decided he wanted his face painted. The woman doing the face painting took around 20 - 30 minutes a child. I swear this woman thought she was Van Gogh.
We waited for over 2 hrs for him to be painted up as spiderman.
Personally I don't think it was worth the wait but he was so happy & proud he kept shoving his face against the window in the car on the way home so other people could see. Bless.
