The Deadliest Villages.
Why do people live in the various tiny villages of "Midsomer" when there's a minimum of one murder daily and only two policemen to solve the crime?
Surely that many and that frequency of murders would make people prefer not to live in these villages?
I know some people say they would literally die to live in a rural village idyll but this is ridiculous.
